The starting point

The traffic came, the sales did not

Scovaventi sold almost entirely through traditional channels. The online store existed and got visits, but it did not sell.

The site architecture was unclear, bugs were frequent and pages were slow to load. Without a digital strategy the company could not reach new customers or grow sales.

01

An e-commerce store that did not convert

Usability problems in both product search and checkout created bottlenecks where users abandoned their basket. The CMS made the site slow and poorly suited to smartphones.

02

No digital sales channel

Relying only on traditional channels limited growth and competitiveness: there was no way to reach new customers, generate leads or streamline the sales process.

03

No tracking, no data

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 were not set up, so sales metrics could not be monitored. Without data on buying habits, tailoring the messaging was guesswork.

A new store is not enough: it has to fit the way the company already works.

We built the Shopify store around payments, logistics and order management, so online sales work alongside the warehouse and customer service instead of creating new inefficiencies.

The work

What we did, in this order

After analysing the market and the buyer personas, we worked on the store first, then on measurement and finally on the campaigns.

01

Market and buyer persona analysis

We studied the market, the target audience and buying habits to decide which products to push and with which message on each channel.

02

A new Shopify store

We handled the store's design, content and technical development, integrating payment systems and order logistics.

03

Tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4

Custom events in Tag Manager, with monitoring and conversions set up in Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.

04

Shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Meta

Google Merchant Center setup, Google Shopping campaigns and their assets, alongside Facebook and Instagram campaigns to reach new customers.

The results

€77,000 in sales with an average order value of €190

Key takeaways

What we would do on an e-commerce store like yours

Traffic is not the problem

If visits come in but orders do not, the answer lies in the store: search, product pages, checkout and speed.

Measure before you spend

With conversions tracked in GA4 and Google Ads, every euro of budget can be linked to the sales it generated.

Google and Meta work together

Shopping campaigns capture people who are already searching; Facebook and Instagram reach people who do not know you yet.

Is your e-commerce store getting visits but no orders?

A slow site, baskets abandoned before payment, campaigns you cannot measure. If you recognised your store while reading this page, there is almost always room to grow, and more of it than you think.

In 30 minutes we review your e-commerce store and your ad accounts together: purchase journey, tracking, campaigns. You will leave with recommendations you can put to use straight away to improve performance.
