Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of visilay.com. By using the site you accept them. If you disagree with any of the points below, do not use the site.
1. Who runs the site
Mirko Rotelli, sole proprietorship trading as Visilay
Via Odescalchi 14, 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland
UID: CHE-421.016.871
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +39 375 837 4005
2. What these terms cover
Only the use of the site and the content you find on it. Visilay's services (SEO, AEO and GEO, Google Ads, lead generation) are not bought here: they start from a quote and a signed contract, which remain the only document governing the client relationship. What you read on the site, including service descriptions and case studies, is informational and is not a public offer within the meaning of Art. 7 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
3. How you may use the site
You may browse the pages, read and print blog articles for personal or internal company use, and quote them with attribution and a link. You may not:
- copy or republish the content, in whole or in part, on other sites or in other materials without our written consent;
- use automated systems that overload the server or work around the form protections;
- harvest data or addresses from the site in bulk, including for sales prospecting;
- attempt to reach restricted areas, databases or the site's code.
4. Content and trade marks
Text, images, graphics, video, code, layout and the structure of the site are protected by copyright and belong to Visilay or to whoever licensed them to us. The Visilay name, the logo and the figurative "V" mark are distinctive signs of Visilay. Third-party trade marks mentioned on the site, for instance in case studies or service pages, belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products and clients being discussed.
If you want to reuse content beyond point 3, write to [email protected]: in most cases the answer is yes, we only ask for attribution and a link.
5. What you send us
When you fill in a form, apply for a role or write to us in chat, you warrant that the details are accurate and that you have the right to share them, including details about your company or colleagues. Do not send unlawful or offensive material, or anything covered by someone else's confidentiality. We may decline to act on requests that are plainly false, automated or abusive, and report them where appropriate.
How we handle what you send is described in the privacy policy.
6. Links to other sites
Some pages point to third-party sites: tool providers, sources quoted in articles, social profiles. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or their data practices. Once you land there, their terms apply.
7. Availability of the site
We do what we can to keep the site online and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be reachable or free of errors. We may suspend, change or shut it down at any time, without notice, for maintenance or by choice.
8. Limitation of liability
The content on the site, blog articles included, is general information. It is not professional advice calibrated to your case and does not replace an analysis of your own data. Decisions you make on the basis of what you read here remain yours.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the site, including lost profit, loss of data or business interruption. Liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, which the law does not permit us to exclude, remains unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the site or the applicable rules change. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Mendrisio, Canton Ticino, Switzerland have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory forums and protections of your country of residence still apply.
